Once your order is complete, you will receive an "Order Complete" email. Log in to your account and click the "Download" button next to your order in the "My Orders" section.

An invoice is generated after payment is completed. It will be available in your PIE account and sent via email.

Yes, you may choose your preferred billing currency during checkout. Payments will be automatically converted to the selected currency.

PIE Credits offer a flexible, hassle-free payment method. Instead of paying per transaction, you can pre-purchase credits and use them for future orders. An invoice is provided for each purchase.

Image size requirements for MLS vary by country and state. Please provide the required dimensions based on the property's location.

The standard final output format is .MOV. If specified, we can also provide output in .SWF (Flash) or .QTVR (QuickTime) formats.

HDR is an optional step. You may choose to provide a single good-quality image. However, providing between 5 and 15 images with varying exposure levels is recommended.

We use sRGB as our default colour profile. We also work with Adobe RGB and ProPhoto RGB.
